Strategy v3 — candidate setup on 1h candles: price within ≤1% of the 7-day high + rising lows across the last three 12h slices. Trigger on 15m candles: ≥3 consecutive rising, mostly-green, volume-backed candles. Full rationale is documented in the source comment block ("STRATEGY v3"). Individual coin fetches are staggered with exponential backoff to respect Binance rate limits.
